RJBC Deputy Chairman, Director Mr. Kononenko Has Formal Meeting with State Minister for Media Affairs H.E. Mr. Adaileh

 On 3rd February 2021, at the Jordan Ministry for Media Affairs, Deputy Chairman and Director of the Russian-Jordanian Business Council (RJBC), Mr. Kononenko, had a formal meeting with Jordan State Minister for Media Affairs H.E. Mr. Amjad Odeh Adaileh.

 In the course of the meeting the Parties discussed a number of programs and projects in trade, economic and investment cooperation, cooperation in the areas of energy, tourism and healthcare as well as cooperation in the field of communications, information technologies and mass media.

 The Parties talked about a feasibility of more active participation of the private sector representatives and other entrepreneurs’ associations in cooperation areas of mutual interest for both sides.

 Special note was given to the RJBC’s successful activities and efforts made by the Russian Side represented by the “YSAR+” JSC in order to implement the innovative pilot project called “The Program for the improvement of early detection of oncological diseases by way of automation of breast cancer screening” in a number of leading hospitals in Jordan with the support of the Jordan Ministry of Health.

 The State Minister stressed a great significance of this innovative project for the healthcare system in Jordan and expressed his own complete support, information support and assistance to the Russian-Jordanian Business Council and the Russian companies implementing other innovative programs in the territory of Jordan.

 To sum up, the participants of the meeting noted the necessity of further bilateral relations development and reporting in the mass media about the most successful joint programs and projects in different areas of cooperation.
