290t

By the end of the second quarter of 2013, housing prices in Jordan have increased by 9% for the year.

Real estate Jordan slowed down dramatically in 2008 because of the global crisis, and housing prices in this period fell from 10% to 15%.However, in 2011 the housing sector almost came to a peak level of 2006 and 2007, due to lower real estate tax. It is reported portal Global Property Guide.

The most expensive housing in the country is located in Amman Abdoun, where the average price of real estate in the second quarter of 2013 was $ 1654 per sq.m.

It is expected that the real estate market of Jordan will remain stable throughout 2013, and the country expects moderate economic growth.

Recall that Jordanian society real estate investors (HIS) in 2012 warned that housing prices in the country by the summer of 2013 may increase from 15% to 20%.
